Recycling: Board members work with county personnel and officials to further the efforts of the county recycling program.
Water: Denise Rue-Pastin, SOS President and PhD candidate on Water Resources constructed responses on water issues affecting Pagosa Springs and Archuleta County.

- Read US Army Corps of Engineers letter providing comments on the proposed Wal-Mart plans.
